Because you receive immediate access to the full product upon completing your order, you are agreeing to instant delivery of digital content and acknowledging that your right to a 14-day cancellation period ends once the download has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, receive a faulty or incomplete file, or are charged in error, please contact us at livelybondhq@gmail.com and we will resolve it — including a refund where appropriate.

Refund requests made simply because you've changed your mind, after the product has been successfully downloaded, are not guaranteed, given the nature of instant digital delivery.
